Crime Stoppers works closely with all media to bring to the attention of the community specific crimes, or to build community awareness of community safety issues.

Crime Stoppers Victoria regular media segments include:

Channel Nine: Channel 9 and WIN TV broadcast Crime Stoppers weekly ‘target crime’ on Monday evenings around 9.30pm. The segment is presented by respected newsreader, Peter Hitchener, and repeated on Wednesday evenings in Melbourne. The weekly ‘target crime’ can also be viewed on the Crime Stoppers VIC YouTube channel.
  
Herald Sun: The Herald Sun publishes a ‘Victoria’s Most Wanted’ column every Wednesday and a full page wanted feature on the first Monday every month. All content is uploaded to the dedicated Crime Stoppers page on the Herald Sun online.
  
3AW: 3AW radio broadcasts Crime Stoppers weekly update every Saturday at approximately 7.10am.
 
Gold 104.3: Gold 104.3 FM features Crime Stoppers information appeals, every weekday, after the midday news.
 
Joy 94.9: Joy 94.9 FM features Crime Stoppers unsolved crime appeals periodically throughout the week.
 
97.7fm Casey Radio: Casey Radio broadcasts a Crime Stoppers update with Craig Davenport every Friday afternoon.
